Young Sapiens Foundation is a global platform for young people to develop their leadership potential through practical experiences of many kinds, including advocacy, internships, and volunteering opportunities.

We promote networking, solidarity, capacity building, cooperation, analysis and strategy, advocacy, and values such as education, feminism, environmental justice, democracy, human rights, and global cooperation. Through collaboration, empowerment, and amplifying youth voices, we strive for educational justice, social equality, and the rights of youth globally.

Our Advisory Board

Naman Kapoor

Naman Kapoor is an Emile Boutmy Scholar pursuing a Master’s in Economic Law at Sciences Po and Stanford Law School. He serves as India Lead at Overlord Paris, operating at the nexus of capital markets, law, and economic policy.

His expertise spans international corporate and commercial law, climate finance, and the human–AI interface. He has advised senior political leaders, collaborated with leading scientists, and shaped dialogues on sustainability and governance.

A Viksit Bharat Fellow and Global Youth Ambassador of the Global Alliance of Universities on Climate, he has represented India at international fora including COP, the World Economic Forum, and the World Youth Forum.

Sofía Camuñez Hitos serves on the International Committee of Los Jóvenes Europeos Federalistas en España, contributes to initiatives supported by the European Union and the United Nations, and acts as Regional Events Coordinator for Andalusia at Talento para el Futuro, where she fosters youth engagement and intergenerational dialogue on key global issues.

A globally minded scholar of International Relations, with academic pursuits spanning Seville, Seoul, and soon Rabat, Sofía combines cross-cultural insight with diplomatic acumen and a strong commitment to advancing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Guided by a deep passion for international cooperation and cultural diplomacy, she represents a new generation of leaders—one that leads with empathy, inclusion, and a shared vision for a more united and sustainable world.

Dominik Juling is an interdisciplinary researcher whose work lies at the nexus of climate change, environmental studies, and issues of conflict, peace, and security. His research explores the complex interrelations between environmental transformations and global stability, complemented by publications on a range of subjects within these domains.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the Technical University of Munich and a Master’s degree in Conflict Studies from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He is presently completing a Research Master’s in Environmental Science at Yale University, specializing in environmental anthropology.

In addition to his academic pursuits, Dominik brings practical experience as both a soldier and a researcher within institutions engaged in international security. Originally from Southern Germany, he maintains a deep appreciation for the outdoors and the arts, with personal interests including hiking, travel, film, music, and photography.
